We sat in a cozy booth and were immediately greeted by our server who explained the restaurant concept of sourcing food locally and never utilizing a microwave or freezer. Loved the atmosphere with lots of industrial chic touches - Edison Bulbs over the tables, exposed brick, and a floor to ceiling backlit bar. We happened to be driving by Whiskey Cake and decided to stop in on a whim.
